ALPHA FITTINGS
The Alpha Fittings Catalogue contains a large selection of push to connect fittings, most of which have the popular Swift-fit thread. The Swift-fit thread form is a hybrid male thread that allows the fittings to be used with several different female thread types including G threads and NPT threads. The Swift-Fit fitting line includes nickel plated brass push connect fittings in inch or metric tube sizes and either a plastic push collar or a metal push collar. Stainless Steel Swift fit fittings are now available in inch tubing sizes and a composite body line with Swift-fit threads is available. Some other products offered by Alpha are a line of push connect right angle flow controls with Swift-fit threads, quick exhaust valves and miniature ball valves from 1/8 to 1/2 ports. Alpha offers aline of quick couplers featuring a multi plug design that accommodates industrial interchange aro and truflate plugs. The multi couplers are nickel plated brass and feature stainless steel locking balls in the coupler. Stainless steel couplers are also offered.
PISCO T SERIES PNEUMATIC FITTINGS
The Pisco T Series Economy Fittings are a line of composite body push connect fittings and flow controls very similar to the standard fitting product but with much less options when it comes to sizes and configuration offered.
PISCO STANDARD FITTINGS
Pisco Standard Fittings are composite body push connect fittings available in a large variety of thread and tube sizes in imperial and metric sizes. The Pisco standard fitting product line is RoHS compliant.
PISCO MINI AND MICRO FITTINGS
Pisco Mini and Micro Fittings are composite body fittings for small and very small tube sizes and threads. The micro fitting is offered in a 1.8mm tube size and M3 or M4 threads. The imperial size mini fittings come with 1/8 or 5/32 tube with 10-32, 1/16 NPT, or 1/8 NPT. The metric mini fittings come with 3, 4, or 6mm tube sizes and M3, M5, M6, and 1/8 threads.
PISCO 316 STAINLESS STEEL FITTINGS
The Pisco 316 Stainless Steel Fittings are push connect fittings available in a range of tube sizes from 4mm up to 16mm and thread sizes from M5 male up to R1/2 male. The Pisco 316 stainless steel fittings are suitable for use anywhere there is a corrosive environment such as wash-down in food processing applications. The 316 stainless fittings are supplied standard with fluoric rubber seals and are assembled lubricant free. Krytox lubrication is available as an option.
PISCO POLYURETHANE TUBE
Pisco Polyurethane tubing is excellent in many everyday applications requiring flexible plastic tubing. The Pisco Polyurethane tubing is available in a range of sizes from 3mm up to 16mm (OD) in metric sizes, and 1/8 up to 5/8 (OD) in imperial sizes. A large range of colours are available.
PISCO NYLON TUBE
Pisco Nylon Tubing is suitable for applications where higher temperature and chemical resistance are required. The Pisco nylon tubes are available in a range of sizes from 4mm up to 16mm (OD) for metric sizes, and from 1/8 up to 5/8 (OD) for imperial sizes.
